How to Use LiveFix AI: Your First Five Minutes
A simple walkthrough for new users: start a chat, show your camera, talk instead of typing, and get your first fix done in minutes.

LiveFix AI is built so you do not need a tutorial. Still, a few habits make the first session go from "interesting" to "fixed". Here is the five-minute version.
Minute 1: open it and just describe the problem
You do not need an account to start. Tap Try it free (in the app) or Try Free (on the website) and type what is wrong in a sentence. Mention the thing, what it is doing, and when it started.
- “My dryer runs for an hour but the clothes are still damp.”
- “The kitchen tap drips even when it is fully closed.”
- “My laptop fan is loud and the bottom is hot.”
Minute 2: show it
Tap Show me to turn on your camera. You will see a one-time note about camera and screen use. Point at the problem, and keep the model label or part number in view if you can find one.
- Move slowly, and pause on the important spot for a second.
- Use the flip button to switch between the front and back cameras.
- No camera right now? You can attach a photo instead.
Minute 3: talk to it
Hold the microphone button while you speak and let go to send, or tap it once for hands-free mode so you can keep both hands on the repair. Start talking at any time and the AI stops speaking to listen.
Minute 4: do one step, then report back
The best sessions are a conversation of small steps. When the AI asks you to check something, check it and answer honestly, including "I do not see that" or "it looks different". That is the information it needs to steer.
Minute 5: save what worked
If you are signed in, your chats are saved and sync between the website and the app, so you can come back to "how I fixed the dryer" later. You can delete any chat, or all of them, whenever you like.
